Delivery

As per our delivery policy, the standard process is to begin product production upon payment confirmation. Therefore, a custom-made product takes approximately 2 to 5 days to be manufactured, and once ready, the delivery time determined by the Post Office for the destination ZIP code is added.

Exchanges

Exchanges of custom-made products will be reviewed by our team. Our standard procedure allows for the first exchange to be free of charge, sent via Post Office PAC service.

 Returns

Returns of products must be reported to our representatives for analysis and will only be permitted if it is confirmed that the product has not been used and if the label has not been tampered with, within 7 days of confirmation of product receipt.
